Hello from David Pliner and Steve Kodad, the Green Team of Charlotte and the Carolinas! Together, we have over 40 years of experience selling real estate in this lovely area. David and Steve first worked together at a middle size real estate company in south Charlotte. David was one of the owners and top agent, and Steve eventually became his partner. David is a native Charlottean and has been one of Charlotte’s top agents for over 25 years, while Steve moved here from Pennsylvania over 20 years ago.
